Beth DettmanBeth Dettman, Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Dettman serves as our firm’s Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. Prior to joining Madison Investment Advisors in 1996, Ms. Dettman worked with financial services clients as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Indianapolis, and McGladrey & Pullen in Madison. She holds a BA in Accounting from Valparaiso University.

Pam KrillPam Krill, General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Krill served as Managing Associate General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel of CUNA Mutual Group in Madison. Prior to joining CUNA Mutual in July 2007, Ms. Krill was a shareholder in the Securities Practice Group of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. Ms. Krill received her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and her BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking, from the University of Wisconsin.

W. Richard MasonW. Richard Mason, Corporate Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Mason is graduate of both George Washington University's National Law Center and Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He has worked in the securities industry since 1991 and is registered with FINRA as both a general securities and financial operations principal. Prior to joining Madison in 1996, he served as General Counsel for the GIT Investment Funds family and as Assistant Counsel to the Investment Company Institute.

Betty FreyBetty Frey, Accounting and Office Administrator
Ms. Frey plays an integral role in the firm's accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and office administrative functions. Prior to joining Madison Investment Advisors, Inc. in 1993, Ms. Frey spent six years in the banking industry.

Ms. Huxtable began working in the financial services industry in 1988, and has been with Madison since 2000. Her primary roles include client administration and accounting support.

Paul NagelPaul Nagel, IT Systems Administrator
Mr. Nagel serves as the firm's system administrator. Prior to joining Madison, he was a senior system and network administrator for a local consulting firm. Mr. Nagel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Computer Science, and has completed a variety of Microsoft certifications pertaining to systems administration and engineering.

Ms. Willauer has 16 years of experience in the operations and administrative side of the investment business. Prior to joining Madison Investment Advisors in 1997 Ms. Willauer was with Dain Rauscher for ten years.
