Jill Friedow, CFAJill Friedow, CFA, Managing Director and Vice President/Director of Operations
Ms. Friedow joined the Madison organization in 1999 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Madison, Ms. Friedow was an Operations Manager for Gratry & Company, a Cleveland-based international investment advisor firm. She holds a BS from Iowa State University and an MBA from Kent State.

Jennifer EriksenJennifer Eriksen, Equity Trading Administrator
Ms. Eriksen plays a key role in the equity trading portion of the operations department at Madison Investment Advisors. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Ms. Eriksen worked in the culinary and health spa industries, living in various places abroad and in the United States. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, with degrees in each from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ms. Eriksen plans to pursue graduate studies in the areas of law and business administration.

Tricia HendricksonTricia Hendrickson, Operations Administrator
Tricia Engeli Hendrickson is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a B.A. in economics and business administration with a marketing emphasis. Prior to joining Madison, Ms. Hendrickson worked at CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services in Dubuque, IA.

Valerie Larson, Operations Administrator
Ms. Larson graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Accounting. Previously, she worked at Mellon Financial in Pittsburgh, with a focus on trade settlement issues for large insurance companies.

Kären MorrisonKären Morrison, Operations Manager
Kären Morrison serves as the operations manager of the firm’s Managed Account Program (MAP) overseeing approximately 8,000 accounts. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ms. Morrison joined Madison from MEMBERS Capital Advisors where she was the operations manager of MAP. Prior to her time at MCA, she held operation and client service positions at Holt-Smith & Yates Advisors.

Eric SchuettpelzEric Schuettpelz, Equity Trading Administrator
Mr. Schuettpelz plays a key role in the equity-trading portion of the operations department at Madison Investment Advisors. He received his degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Prior to joining Madison in 2002, Mr. Schuettpelz served as a client service representative for a financial planning firm in the Madison area.

Kelly UtzKelly Utz, Operations Administrator
Ms. Utz joined the Operations team in 1999 where she is responsible for the daily management of some of our largest broker/custodial relationships. Prior to joining Madison Ms. Utz served as a licensing and compliance specialist with Financial Distributors.

Terri Van Den EindeTerri Van Den Einde, Operations Administrator
Ms. Van Den Einde focuses on coordinating and processing new accounts from multiple broker/custodial relationships and is also involved in trade processing and custodian notification of trades. Prior to joining Madison in 2004, Ms. Van Den Einde spent five years in the biotech industry, most recently as an SC administrator for Invitrogen in San Diego. Ms. Van Den Einde studied biological sciences at St. Cloud State University and has earned a BS in business marketing from University of Phoenix.

Lisa ViethLisa Vieth, Operations Administrator
Ms. Vieth joined Madison Investment Advisors in 2002 where she assists the operations team primarily with fixed-income trading activity. She brings to Madison more than 13 years office management expertise. Ms. Vieth has a BS in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
